The service and responsiveness of the staff was top notch. Friendly and great service. The food at the rooftop bar&grill was very delicious.

I love the rooms and the complimentary coffee,tea and cookies . There was comfy outside seating with a microwave too. The rooms are newly decorated and the furniture is modern . Aircon and fan , good TV with streaming. Shower was lovely ,very bright and clean bathroom Restaurant on the third floor serving excellent food. 10 mins to the airport.

It’s what you would expect for £20 or less! The room was fine, clean with a private bathroom with good shower, fridge and a/c, but no kettle. The staff were very sweet and we relied on Google translate. The rooftop bar was very sweet, but we didn’t eat there and drinks were very limited. It’s very basic and not very well maintained (weird lift I agree) it’s ok for a late arrival and early departure. It looks close to the airport on the map, but is about 20 minutes taxi, the Grab cab is great at about 200 BHT (£5) You could always pay £130 for the Airport Hyatt !!
