Clean fresh sheets, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and quiet. Husband cant smoke in the room but they provided chair and ashtray just outside the door. Theres is a free coffee or tea and biscuits available at the common area. They kept our luggage safe coz we needed to go to the city. When we came back , they provided transport to DMK for 120 baht. Toiletries were provided and two fresh white towels. There is also a fridge in the room and a table for two. 7/11 and marts nearby, and i think few mins walk from the property is a wet market.

Good for one or two nights stay. The room was clean and had all we needed for a short over-night stay which we booked with them. There were no thrills and perhaps it looks nicer in the pictures but for the price this is very decent place to lay down your head. You get what you pay for and the staff is really nice and helpful.

I stayed here twice. Second time the AC was quite noisy. The hosts are great. The neighbourhood is good and a reasonable walk to MNL. Hosts do their best and are responsive to concerns.
