We found it to be tastefully decorated and furnished. Well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We liked the layout in that the lounge and kitchen area were on the first floor. When you were sitting on the sofa you could see birds in the trees and Bamburgh Castle beyond. Very relaxing. Bamburgh has a fabulous beach and it’s got good places to eat nearby. We had dinner at the Victoria Hotel on the first night where the food and service was excellent. We had lunch at a coffee shop nearby which we also enjoyed. We also loved learning about the history of the place - St Aidan and Grace Darling.
