The breakfast was good . The enjoyed the fact that I had plenty options. Also ! I met a few of the front staff who was really nice to me. Not forgetting Miriam - supervisor , Samson who was SOOOO HELPFUL during my stay & Sherrick from the TAJ restaurant was super accommodating. Bless them !

The property was easy to located, from the staff in the main lobby to the staff at the diamond club checkin all staff were professional and customer service was impeccable. From checkin operative Bertrand to our butlers Jermisha who was being shadowed by Isaiah to our waiter and waitress at the Grazie Donisha and Shaquile. All these individuals had contributed to an unforgettable stay for our 1 year anniversary. Stand out customer service from both Jermisha and Shaquille who went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t want for anything during our short stay at the Royalton Diamond Club Grenada.
