We have stayed at the hotel before and received a very warm welcome. The staff are well trained and friendly (some even remembered us from our previous stay). Breakfast was delicious, there is a huge choice available. We were fortunate to receive an upgraded room which was a real treat.

We recently stayed at Grand Hyatt Goa and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and the food options across all the restaurants were consistently excellent. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive, which made a huge difference to our overall experience. Manish, Akash, Anamika, Mridula in the dining room Naresh, Prahlad & Raj(I'm not sure of the name but he made amazing mocktails) at the pool bar restaurant. Also, Balaram Panda who was part of security. Above are just a few names I can remember. We were fortunate to have a beautiful ocean-facing room, which made our stay even more special. A particular highlight was the effort put into celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Mridusmita went above and beyond even before we arrived, thoughtfully coordinating a beautiful surprise with a cake, a stunning flower bouquet, and elegant room decorations. On the day itself, Biswajit’s kindness and attentiveness ensured everything was perfect—creating a moment our family will cherish forever. It is rare to find a place where luxury meets such genuine warmth, but this hotel achieves it effortlessly. We left with full hearts and the most beautiful memories, and we already cannot wait to return.
