The breakfast was good with a fair choice of items. The location was pleasant, we had a lovely view from one of the front rooms. The second room looked out of the back of the house and was not so good.

We spent a perfect four nights at Channel View in a lovely large, comfortable room overlooking the Baltimore anchorage, and have only happy memories of it. This is a place that gets everything right for its guest and fully deserves its high rating on bookings.com. Margaret was kindness and patience itself about our slightly odd dietary requests at breakfast, always attentive but never intrusively so. There were excellent eateries within walking distance and plenty things to do. Can’t wait to return.

Loved everything about this property. The room was lovely, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the host was welcoming and kind. There is a lovely view from the house.

We booked as we attended my cousin’s wedding. Wonderful immaculate room and a breakfast that matched the wedding food. We just expected a standard bed and breakfast but Margaret made us feel really welcome and feel like we have had a mini holiday. I cannot recommend this place highly enough
