Condition of property. Little touches like welcome basket etc. Probably the best house we have rented on Booking. Paul made everything very easy with great communication.

Fantastic property, absolutely spotless. Large outdoor grass area and seating area also in the shade as the weather was great. 100% would recommend a stay at this property.
