Great location, clean and spacious, beautiful views outside the window

We stayed under Christmas time, when all restaurants and supermarkets were closed or worked reduced times. Also for a couple of days we were particularly unlucky with the weather (strong wind, hail), so we got to spend much time inside the house. It was indeed a lovely time, we felt at home (a modern, high-tech, well designed home!). We enjoyed very much cooking in the well-equipped kitchen (the dishwasher was a game changer) and we used the washing machine and drier to wash some clothes so consider that when you pack! The living room is also lovely, we put on some music using the smart tv and relaxed on the super comfy sofa. The view from the windows is the best, one would never get tired of looking outside. If you have a car, you will have your own park just outside the next building. In the Ballstad area there are plenty of good spots (approx a 20 minutes drive) to catch northern lights. Our favs were Uttakleiv / Haukland / Vik beaches.

We did arrive quite late (around midnight or so) and very much enjoyed the fact that it was all hassle free and you could enter the property with just a door code. Jostein was a great host, he gave us super nice recommendation in the area and was always available and answering quickly. The property exceeded our expectations, it's such a nice cozy place and we felt at home really quickly. It has everything you could need inside and the view was so nice as well and we definitely enjoyed just chilling in the living room in the evening.

Brand new apartment with a noce view on the harbour located in between all best places in Lofoten islands. Perfectly equipped in all you need even on a long stay (washing machine, dryer ect.). High quality. The village itself may be not really interesting but all main attactions of Lofoten are within maximum 1 hr drive (having own car is essential). Easy to find and very good contact with the owner. We would definitely reccommend!
