The fine print
We require that the lead guest be at least 25 years old, and that most members of the group are also over the age of 25.As we are a family-oriented holiday park, we may reach out if your booking does not appear to be from a family group. In some cases, this could result in cancellation.
As we operate a Secure Entry Automatic Number Plate Recognition Barrier, we will require some further information for access to the park in a vehicle to be advised
This property is unable to accommodate hen or stag parties, or similar group celebrations.Each accommodation can host up to 3 pets. If you plan to bring pets, please let us know by messaging after you have completed your booking.
Please be aware that check-in is available until 20:00. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate arrivals after this time.Please be advised that cots may not be suitable for placement within the bedrooms and may need to be positioned in the living area instead.
Gazebos, jet skis and trailers are not permitted on the premises.
Commercial vehicles and vans, with or without sign writing, are not permitted to be parked alongside the booked accommodation but can be parked in our reception car park subject to availability.Smoking is not permitted at the property. Guests found violating this rule will be charged GBP 50 for cleaning costs.
While bed linen and towels are provided, you will be required make up the beds in the Camping Pods and En-Suite Glamping Pods.

If you book an accommodation with a hot tub, this will be checked daily, and if you are in for more than 7 nights, the hot tub will require to be drained down and cleaned.
