The set up of the apartment was beautiful. Very spacious and so clean. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. The staff were so friendly and checking in was a breeze.

The constant communication from the Booking agency-Ballito Booking was just superb. They continuously WhatsApp messages about the collection of the key, the servicing, the public holidays, departure etc. They were available at all times & assisted where it was necessary. The atmosphere when you walked into their offices was so warm & friendly & they were also so helpful with information about Ballito, where to go & what to do. We felt that we had made new friends with the Ballito Accommodation Staff. The accommodation was just fabulous- it was so well appointed. All the crockery, cutlery & appliances were in pristine condition. A lot of thought has gone into the furbishing of the kitchen & it was a pleasure to use it. The apartments were serviced well by the staff & it was clean & very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a pleasure as we shared the apartment with friends- a fabulous size & well maintained. The jewel of the apartment was the entertainment section on the roof. It was well maintained & all the facilities were available even when there was a bigger crowd. The views were amazing & it was most relaxing- overlooking the sea. We had the most marvelous experience at Shanthi & have already booked for the end of this year.

- The view from the stoep of the sun coming up over the sea on Dolpin Coast was the highlight. - The big shower is fabulous. - Beds are comfortable and linen was in an excellent condition. - Wifi was good. - I liked the layout of the kitchen and it had everything you need to make a meal. - The rooftop pool was amazing - I want to come back to spend a day there. - It's walking distance from the Spar and restaurants.
