While a lovely view and location and has everything you need, the place does need a deep clean and an update. A few things but most importantly the toilet was leaking from the bottom into the drain in the bathroom. I text Bruce to advise and never heard back which I thought deserved a reply and an opportunity to check it out while I was there but never happened. As others have mentioned the car parking is tight.

Bruce was a wonderful host, down to earth and welcoming. The place is a perfect spot for morning or afternoon walks along North Wall and Brighton St coffee shop has delicious coffee and bliss bowls, staff are also lovely.

It was a lovely, clean property in a great location. The Coffee Shop and Fish & Chip Shop across the road proved handy. The owner, Bruce, was pleasant & helpful.
