We ended up staying at the Heritage next door to the Richmond. When we arrived at the Richmond the Car park was full and the reception staff offered us a king room in their adjoining property. Comfortable bed and great location opposite the RSL

Clean, central location. Close to the Tamar Street bus station and many food options. Quiet. Free parking if you have a car.
