Apartment Hotel Overview

Located in East Ballina, 200 metres from surf beaches and cafes, our Ocean View, Ocean View Premium, River View and River View Premium apartments, and of course both penthouses, have spectacular views of Shelly Beach and/or the Richmond River.
The property offers guests the choice between 1, 2 or 3-bedroom self-catering apartments with a private courtyard or balcony. Our 3 bedroom penthouses feature open plan layouts, lounge and dining areas leading onto large terraces. They each have three bedrooms, two bathrooms with spa bath, full kitchens with separate dining areas and full laundry with washer and dryer. We have a River View and an Ocean View Penthouse.
At Grandview Apartments you have access to a large swimming pool, a spa and a fitness centre. Secure covered parking, lifts, air-conditioning and free WiFi are also provided.
Grandview Apartments is 3 minutes drive from Ballina Golf Course. Ballina Byron Airport is a 10-minute drive and Byron Bay is 25 minutes’ drive away.

They feature an open plan living/dining area, private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms - one an ensuite off the master bedroom, free WIFI and Foxtel. Master bedroom has a Queen bed and the second bedroom configuration can be requested for either 2 x singles or a King, subject to availability. All 2 bedroom apartments are allocated one secure underground car space.

The Three-Bedroom River View Apartments are in the River View Tower with excellent river views. They feature an open plan living/dining area, private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms - one an ensuite off the master bedroom, free WIFI and Foxtel. Master bedroom and second bedroom have Queen beds and most apartments can offer an option for the third bedroom configuration to be either 2 x singles or a King, subject to availability. Very quiet location. External noise was almost non-existent. Noise from adjacent apartments, What noise? Absolutely none. We were on the third floor of 7 floors. There was NO noise transmission. Well presented apartment block. The gym was equipped satisfactorily. The pool was clean, but we did not use it! Personal allocated parking underground and undercover. The manager and manageress were both caring and helpful, especially as we had a car accident which meant we missed our first day. So after asking at the last moment for an extra day in the same apartment, Our wonderful manageress was so helpful and our request was granted. The outlook was really great. Ocean views.
