Better than just a motel room. The owners has gone to some trouble to make it Bali inspired which was appreciated. The bathroom vanity was excellent with lots of slots for wet packs and person items.

in the bath room the sink plug would not close off to have a shave so you had to keep the hot water running also you had no ware in the show area to put any thing ie soap face washer. the arm chairs and foot stool required cleaning and the bottom of the tiles in the shower.

I’ve stayed here many times before & always a most wonderful stay. Thanks to Andre, Sebastian & all the crew for making me feel so welcome. The rooms are spacious, lots of kitchen utensils, the bathroom is updated, parking at the door, bed very comfortable & the rooms have a unique setting to them. My only choice of stay in Ballina.
