Lovely home , moments from the Lake . Comfortable , spotlessly clean with everything you'd need for a few days away. Close to town and situated in a beautiful area of Ballarat . Lots of little extras , tea , coffee, etc . Cupboards are well stocked with all you need for cooking.

The property was comfortable . The location was amazing and very quiet. The fridge needed a clean, the washing machine still had lint in it and the vacuum cleaner wasn’t emptied. The single beds were uncomfortable and didn’t have brakes on the bed, with movement the beds moved. It would be useful to have instructions for the stove, washing machine and dryer.

The location was so close to the beautiful lake, nice pub, coffee shops and the boathouse restaurant. It was in a quiet street which was lovely for us. Our small dog loved the backyard.
