Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a late check out with no extra cost. Had dinner in Red Lion Bar and Cafe. Room clean. Pool witb no extra charge. All in all very happy

It was perfect for our little family getaway. Super close to where we wanted to be. Room was very clean and warm. The kids absolutely loved the heated pool. The pub next door had great breakfast and dinner and the staff there are so welcoming. Super handy after a busy day to nip there for lovely food. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in Ballarat

Loved how modern and clean the rooms were but most of the all the warm indoor pool & play area with tennis table tennis and pool tables

The room is a great size, it has a 2 seater sofa, plenty of space for luggage, a large TV, and a modern kitchenette nook with a proper sink! The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean! The bathroom has been updated, as has the rest of the room. Tastefully decorated and the a/c did a good job in freezing Ballarat weather. The proximity to the Red Lion bar & restaurant (access directly from the undercover motel entrance) is a bonus! The staff were absolutely awesome, going well out of their way to help me accommodate my very large work panel van so that I didn't have to park it on the street. If my travels take me back to Ballarat at any time I will definitely be staying at the Sovereign Park.
