Overlooking the valleys and orchards of Balingup Brook and beyond, Brookvale House Balingup is a perfect place to relax and unwind. It has two accommodation choices, THE COTTAGE and THE RETREAT (pavilion). Each is wonderfully tranquil in different ways, but both guarantee our guests privacy and a relaxingly sanctuaryPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Location is amazing, quiet. Small towns within short drives. Friendly and responsive owners. Well kept gardens and clean property. Sufficiently warm and cosy. Adequate facilities. Phone reception still ok in the area, nice farm stay vibes from animal noises, not loud just background ambiance. Good base to explore further from. Very responsive support from owners much appreciated. Very pretty in the rain when the environment turns green.

Lovely, comfortable accommodation with friendly, helpful hosts. We booked ‘the cottage’ (as opposed to ‘the villa’). The cottage was much larger than we had expected. It was super clean, the bed was very comfortable and roomy with gorgeous linens, the shower was excellent with high pressure and nice hot water and there were plenty of towels. The cottage has reverse cycle air conditioning/heating plus a slow combustion wood heater. There’s an electric oven and hot plates, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and all the required kitchen crockery and utensils. We brought our own coffee plunger and coffee. Otherwise there is instant coffee generously available. The pots and pans are all stainless steel which we very much appreciated. The location is a short drive from town and is very quiet and picturesque. The front balcony is a beautiful place to sit with views over the area and lots of bird life all around. We have stayed here on two occasions. Would definitely stay again.
