Our recent stay was highly satisfactory, featuring a clean and well-appointed room. The staff, including Aknova and Djandra, provided exceptional service, and we regret not having the name of the night shift receptionist to acknowledge their assistance. The breakfast offerings were excellent and enjoyed by our family. We would certainly consider returning for our next visit to Balikpapan.

I stay with a group of 47 from brunei. But i dont really like the place..lot of complains from my group..some of them see 'hantu'. They scare to stay again..bad place
