I coming back here after 4 years finding the same very good hospitality and conditions! In the present, the staff of the restaurant is warm and attentive, I appreciate that previous one have been changed, personally I didn’t have in the past an appropriate communication with them. The reception staff is also helpful and eager to solve the issues. All the personnel to whom I interacted was dedicated in order to ensure good conditions for clients!

Location is fabulous. We come here at least twice a year, outside season: april, october. Room was adorable, heaven view from the bed ♡

The breakfast, the clean of the room, the view. Balcic still keep the memory of qeen Maria, and this hotel is in a quite place, near the qeen Maria's domaine
