The staff were very polite and understanding. The hotel was/is labelled as pet-friendly and indeed good enough for our family and the dog. The swimming pool was still open, which made the stay a lot more enjoyable. The close proximity to the botanical garden and some shops was an added bonus.

The location was perfect for my stay could get around by walking and by catching a bus as bus stops were near me also the breakfast was very good choice for vegetarians as I am n non veg very good availability from cooked breakfast to fruits salads cheeses breads tea n coffee machines n juices perfect choice xx the staff was very helpful n friendly Natalia was great the cleaner Aina was so nice n friendly clean room everyday n Oleg was nice n helpful to my whole stay for 9 days was great from start to finish lovely view from my room of the pool n garden area just loved it

The price was affordable and we didn’t have very high expectations. The room was clean and had a balcony. The large pool was great, and it was nice to go for a swim even late in the evening. Getting to the beach takes a while since you can’t go straight down. The hotel is located quite high up on a hill, but restaurants are nearby. Overall, it was satisfactory, though the place could use some renovation. Breakfast was quite oky.
