Pretty close to the beach (a short walk). I parked in the area without any issues (in front of the property, they also have two parking spots inside the property). The place was clean. There is a shared kitchen on the hallway.

This was a room in a private house. We had a shared bathroom. The host lives in the same house. The room was quiet, everything was clean. Very close to the beach 5 minutes walk. Close to many restaurants 7 minutes walk. Friendly host. Speaks English and Russian. There was a shared bathroom with basic things (pot, pan, plates, cutleries). The room had air conditioning.
