The hotel was fantastic - the room, the location, the surroundings. Everything is created to make you feel special. The staff was very helpful and for the first in Bulgaria, you can really feel that you are in a 5 star hotel! The SPA was also fantastic and very pieceful and relaxing.

Greate hotel which are visited two times and planning to visit in future. Large convinient room and splendid spa with two pools with sea water. The restaraunt is one of the best that we saw in Bulgaria. It had realy high cousine.

As I understood, this property belongs to "Zornitza Family Estate" - My benchmark for the best of the bests in the Europe! So, from that point of view: 1. Architecture and surroundings are very tasty, fantastic well situated & arranged. Stunning view of the Black sea. 2. The room was well equipped & the bed was comfy, bath also comfy & in good condition. 3. Fantastic indoor swimming pool and varieties of saunas (dry & steam), but the temperature was not suficient (the pool just 27 degrees by Celsius, steam sauna just 40-41) 4. The personnel is ready to work, but lack of more teachings about, how to communicate with clients, or experience is needed. 5. The Mr. Chef makes miracles with the food and prepares incredible dishes.
