The staff were very friendly. It’s a great location and had a lovely swimming pool and a private area by the lake. It’s near lots of restaurants. They have bikes you can hire.

This is a nice hotel but has tiny tiny rooms. You would enjoy the pool, the beach, the huge lobby and great parks and walks near by. Scenic and filled with things to see. The only issue is the small rooms with noises coming from gallery. So if you come to enjoy and explore you have a lots to do. But if you plan to stay in the room get a bigger room or an apartment or a suite. The buffet breakfast and dinner were nice but they had less vegetarian options. In case you are vegetarian you will find a bit of a tussel on what to eat. But when i asked tje chef if they any vegetarian options he was apologetic about not having enough options and custom made dishes for us.

The location is amazing, right at the Tagore promenad 100 meters from the lake, with private beach.
