We had the best stay at this apartment and I would 100% return here. The photos shown by the owner on here are exactly what you get in real life, maybe even better in real life. The apartment is modern, stylish, and clean. The rooms are big, with lots of storage space. The kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook and make your own meals (a bottle opener was the only thing missing). The view from the apartment is one of the best parts, with the large balcony spanning across one of the bedrooms and the living room and facing directly onto the lake. The private lake area is the THE best part and is the main reason I booked this. It did not disappoint and it is closed off to people only in the building and has easy access to the lake. This means it is really peaceful as well. The garden area is a great place to sunbathe/relax, and it provides the most amazing views of the lake. There is a bbq as well and a lovely grass area. Lake Balaton itself is stunning and the water is lovely and clear to swim in. A car parking space is free with the room and the whole complex feels really safe with codes to get in and a gate into the car park. The rooms have black out blinds and mosquito nets which is good as it can get light in a morning. The balcony faces the sunset and the views of this are simply beautiful. Bugs were minimal whilst we were there, which was really positive for us as I’ve been to a few other lakes around the world and you can’t usually escape them. The location is good and you can easily walk to both Balatonlelle and Balatonboglár within a 20/30 minutes. There are supermarkets, a bakery and plenty of great restaurants within close walking distance too which offers both traditional Hungarian food as well as other cuisines such as Italian and American. The beds were also really comfy. The whole of Hungary is just so clean as well, no litter anywhere.

Thank you, this is undoubtedly one of the best offers for a stay on Lake Balaton. The flat is beautiful, modern with an amazing view of Lake Balaton. The best location imaginable. Close to the centre of Balatonlelle and Balatonboglar (about 15 min by foot). Owner extremely nice and cultured, very helpful. thank you Kris.
