We stayed at several hotels during our trip to Mauritius, but Le Jadis truly stood out and exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a level of warmth, sincerity, and hospitality that we had never experienced anywhere else. Unlike other places where staff often follow a scripted routine, at Le Jadis, the friendliness and helpfulness of the team felt absolutely genuine. They were not just doing their job—they truly cared and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The estate itself is stunning—serene, peaceful, and completely private thanks to the layout of the beautiful suites. We had the pleasure of staying in several room types, including the Beachfront Suite, the Pool Suite, and the Beach Villa. Each was meticulously clean, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally comfortable. One of the standout features was the heated private pools, perfect for a relaxing dip, even late at night. Both the Beachfront Suite and the Beach Villa included a private hammam, which added a luxurious spa-like experience to our stay. We also took full advantage of the hydropool, which was not only visually beautiful but also incredibly soothing—ideal for unwinding in total tranquility. A special highlight was Chef Rika, who personally welcomed us on our first day with a tour of the breakfast offerings—something we’ve never experienced in any other hotel. Her commitment to quality and freshness was evident in every meal we enjoyed. The food was delicious, heartfelt, and beautifully prepared. We also want to give a heartfelt shoutout to Tracy, Soumeya, Norbert at the front desk and Kiran also from the front desk. Kiran, in particular, went above and beyond in every possible way. His attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction are truly remarkable. He seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even asked. His kindness and care left a lasting impression on us.

This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a wonderful, tranquil atmosphere and an immediate sense of peace and relaxation. The Staff are exceptionally professional, and genuinely attentive. A special thanks to Mr. Kiran who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless. The private pool is absolutely amazing, as well as the outdoor area. The rooms are super comfortable and hard to leave. Particularly enjoyed the beach- so peaceful, with plenty of picturesque spots.

We arrived as a 2nd hotel stay & were not disappointed. Our room was very nice a good size with private small pool. The food & drinks were very nice & the staff attentive. We took time out for a massage & so glad that we did. the staff were attentive & the massage was great. The menu's are nice, with 4 restaurants to choose from, which you can eat at different times & days of the week. Our stay was for 2 nights due to a flight cancellation, so we were not able to take in all of the facilities. We also enjoyed the glass bottom boat trip direct from the beach.
