Very good location , some staff specially the manager lady on reception was very supportive , the breakfast was very poor and the room was very small and old furniture but the hotel facilities was very good with swimming pool and the snow playing area ,

The hotel’s location is good—neither too far from nor too close to the center of Bakuriani. There is a large supermarket nearby. The hotel has a spa, and the breakfast is good. It has a spacious yard and offers the opportunity to play billiards. Inside the hotel, there is a restaurant & bar with a good menu. It is suitable for a family vacation.

We liked the hotel. The location is good you can walk to ski resort or use a taxi for 10 or 15 lats. Has extra activities for smaller kids outside. It has good spa with warm pools and nice sauna. Breakfast was good and rich. Rooms were spacious and clean. Every day we had extra bottles of water, tee and coffee. Generally we enjoyed our stay.

I really like the location of the hotel; it's beautiful, especially when it's snowing. The facilities are good, with a huge park in front of the hotel for outdoor activities. Additionally, it’s conveniently close to the ski park and ski resort, making it a great choice for winter sport enthusiasts and families.
