It's a luxurious hotel in all aspects, especially design, furniture, finishes and art, but what sets this hotel apart from the others is the staff, specially Mr Fouad and his team, they took really good care of us and made sure that our experience is luxurious and unforgettable, Ms Irem from reception and waiters from the restaurant knew our preferences and memorised our names and made us feel like home. I will definitely recommend this hotel for all our friends visiting Baku.
