We had a fantastic stay at InterContinental Baku. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, and the quality of the essentials and toiletries exceeded expectations. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Baku, within walking distance of the Old City, Nizami Street, major shopping malls, and Sahil. I highly recommend staying here. A truly top-notch experience!

Excellent location, surrounded by shops, banks, and a lovely park. Good breakfast—I especially enjoyed the honeycomb. However, I believe pork and wine should not be served, considering the number of families staying during this period. Wonderful staff—always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help. Special thanks to Kanaan and Azer, who were exceptionally professional and kind. Also, appreciation to Kamal, Gassim and Shamil. Our room was spacious, exactly as we requested.
