good location in the city center, good restaurants / coffee shops can be found nearby and public transportation is within walking distance. even you can walk from home to historical places in the center. flat is spacious, is suitable for families and also group of people for work or leisure. we , my family, were there for leisure for a day and hope to come back again, def. friendly host and clean apartment

Highly value for money. We 11 people were easily accommodated. Best thing was its location all attractions were on walking distance. Many local people were surprised how you got apartment in middle of the city and super cheap. Just the lift experience was horrible but we had to get use to with it.

this apartment make our trip more fantastic ❤️best location,nizami street is just 5 minutes walk away,every main attraction of baku is just a walk away everything was perfect,with all facilities.the owner MR SAMEER is so kind and he gave us his best☺️highly recommended
