I had a truly wonderful stay at Grand Hotel Baku and would like to express my sincere appreciation to the amazing team who made it so special. A big thank you to Mr. Abbas, the Front Office Manager, for his warm hospitality and professional support throughout my stay. I also want to highlight the excellent service from Mr. Amin at reception, who was always helpful and welcoming, and Mohammed from the bellboy team, who was attentive and courteous. To my surprise, the team arranged a beautiful decoration in my Room with a complimentary cake , which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration unforgettable. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care of the staff truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Grand Hotel Baku for anyone looking for not only comfort but also a memorable experience.
