The room was spacious and big, bathroom was big too and the view was nice. The only negative thing were the safe Boxes. Couldn't use them because they were extremely complicated and kept locking us out. Once used incorrectly it will automatically shutoff and needs an employee to come and reset it with a special key. The safe box type is extremely inconvenient and needs to be replaced. Eventually we ended up taking our valuable belongings everywhere we went due to this issue. The breakfast options are very limited and the area for having breakfast is extremely depressing, a closed room which feels suffocated, which made me leave and not eat there. I would recommend to visit near by bakeries in the morning to have your breakfast especially as a tourist they have many outdoor seatings which provide a beautiful environment. Employees are helpful and assist when needed. But after cleaning they did not refill our water bottles in the room , needed to be told. The hotel is very close to many touristic locations in Baku which made taxi prices cheap from this place. Use Bolt App which provides very cheap prices for taxi.

Great staff, great interior, great location. The room was really clean, modern interior which is great. We didn't have to wait for 2pm just to check in since we arrived way earlier which is very convenient, very considerate of the staff. The location is in the middle of everything so going around is really easy. Breakfast was great, food was 9/10.
