Communication with the owner was very good right from making the booking and throughout our entire stay. The family were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was a good size and was exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need for self catering and everything worked well. The location was good as it was just across the road from the metro station and near to a large shopping mall. Wi fi worked well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Baku at this property.

Comfortable accommodation with privacy, all facilities at best location in Baku. We reached at 1am in the night but the host was waiting to receive us with quick and easy checkin. Since our booking the host was in touch with us and we could easily reach the location from 28 May metro by short walk. The rooms were clean and we even cooked our own food. All toiletries, washing machine, oven, iron, even umbrella was available. It was snowing for two days but the heaters in room, bathroom, hot water made us very comfortable. Highly recommended for family and couple coming to Baku. My thanks to booking.com for listing such property.

It's a very clean place, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. On arrival there was a selection of fruits and sweets for me to try. Flat was warm in winter with extra electric heaters in most of the rooms, a comfortable bed, and lots of utensils in the kitchen. And location is superb. 8 min walk from the metro station.ł

This is a spacious apartment very close to 28th may metro. It was perfect for our stay in Baku. Nice hot shower & also a selection of tea to drink. There is a supermarket close by & also places to eat. The host is amazing, he answered all our questions very quickly & helped with bus & transport queries. He has continued to assist & answer questions after our departure- so kind & helpful. I would definitely recommend this place - good value at the price point.
