The location, just close to the sea. Public bus stand just next to the hotel door. The staff was very helpful. Room was good, mine was a bit small in size but comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the sea view at the breakfast was very soothing.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The service is excellent, especially Mr. Orhan, who is a very friendly person, special thanks to him. I recommend it, it is in a great location.

The location was excellent as we could walk to the Boulevard, Deniz mall or Baku eye in 5-10 minutes. But more than the location, this hotel was exceptional in everything. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. The manager Mr. Ameen was very helpful from the moment we arrived at the hotel. Our flight landed early morning at around 8 am so we wanted an early check in. Mr. Ameen and the team made sure we got our check-in as early as 12 pm even though their check-in time is at 2 pm. He also upgraded out stay to a comfortable room with a balcony. The room was very comfortable with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The receptionist Anar, Kanam, Noor and the others were very friendly and attended to our requests very well. The breakfast they provided was exceptional with great views from the 6th floor. They have a few set options, but all of them are really good. The kitchen staff are really kind and made sure we got our breakfast at 7:00 am one day since we had to leave for a group tour to Gabala at 7:30 a.m. Food here is a 10/10! Also our flight to Dubai got cancelled due to the Iran airspace closing down. So we had to get back to the hotel at 2 am. But the receptionist at that time was very helpful and he helped us check in even at 2 am! And the next morning, Mr. Ameen was very concerned and assured us that we could stay with them and he will help us get registered with the immigration if our stay exceeded 10 days. Thankfully we got a flight back on the very next day. But the hospitality, the kindness and the concern from everyone in this hotel towards making our stay comfortable was something that really stood out about this hotel for me more than the location, food or the hotel room. Thanks again to everyone at Madinah Hotel for making our stay comfortable! P.S: There's a really good Doner shop right next to the hotel. It's a must try!
