The cottage had cosy vibes and was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated! The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is amazing, 5 minute walk from the centre of Bakewell. One of the bedrooms is downstairs and has its own separate bathroom which was a nice surprise.

A very thoughtful host obviously. Firewood for the fire, spare loo paper in the bathroom, tea, coffee and milk all at the ready. And all questions you might want to ask already answered before you arrive and a personal welcome from the owner, Lucy, herself….a very thoughtful host. Well done and many thanks.
