Location was good, with 2 pubs nearby. The cottage was warm and comfortable. Dog friendly too. The kitchen was well equipped.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Gritstone Cottage. The property is in a lovely location and made a great base for exploring the area. The cottage itself stayed wonderfully cool during the hot weather, which was such a bonus, and we enjoyed the evening walks through the countryside to the pub in the next village.
