The lady, who handled multiple roles such as front desk, serving, and sauna management, was very friendly and full of hospitality, making me feel comfortable just by communicating with her.The hotel's interior, including the restaurant, was decorated in a calming green color scheme, and the guest rooms were simple yet comfortable. The room's steam function also provided ample warmth.

The property is located very close to the main tourist attractions and there is car park in front of the hotel. For breakfast they can accommodate vegetarian option if requested. Staff is friendly, but one one person spoke English.
