The location is very good. It is in the center of Baile Felix. 3 minutes walk to stores, restaurants and other facilities. The balneotherapy is very good , stuff is dedicated and willing to help. The variety of therapies is very big. The pool ( indoor and outdoor) are good. You can choose whichever. The stuff from the reception, restaurant and therapy is very friendly and helpful. The parking is big, a lot of places.

Everything! The staff is amazing, the food is various, the rooms are very nice, they have even carpet on the floor, thus I didn't need to wear slippers in the room...the most comfortable part is that they are giving bathrobes and the entire day you can room around just in bathrobes....

What we liked: - outside pool, warm water and a bar inside where you could buy some drinks (could not pay by card though, so that was a minus, we had to walk all the way to 11th floor to get cash) - inside pool (good, but could be bigger) - parking area - friendly staff
