The location is good, about a 15 minute walk to Burnham park. The room is cold even without air-conditioning. There's also a store nearby.

Ok naman location, malapit sa major tourist area. The room was brand new, clean, and had good water pressure sa bathroom. Upon arrival, we were immediately shown to our room. There's a water dispenser outside of the room. WIFI is free.

The rooms were pretty big, 6-7 people can even fit in the 5-person bedroom. I'd say even the couch is safe enough to sleep on. We only bought two rooms because there's only 1 bathroom in it, and we have seniors so taking turns may take a while. We love how we can also cook our own food, and where we can buy some ingredients is just around the corner (at home chefs, this is for you! 😁) Best part is basically easy access to places we needed to be. for example, it takes only 11-15 minutes to go to sm baguio and baguio country club. regardless of the dislikes we've added, it's still a place I'd recommend to friends and family.
