We've been in Sri Lanka for 2 weeks and we've seen different hotels. This one was not only one of the cleanest, but also had the most professional staff. From the moment we arrived, Travis had greeted us like special guests. When we asked questions, needed a tuk tuk or a very early breakfast, he was helpful. The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable, food was good. We had a problem with the smell in the bathroom - when we mentioned that, Travis immediately apologised and showed us 3 other rooms to choose from, none of them had the smell, so it was a one time situation. Really one of the best hotel experiences we had on Sri Lanka, and definitely the best value for price ratio.

I recently stayed at Crown Regency, Badulla for two nights and had a truly pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and extended genuine hospitality throughout my stay, making me feel very welcome. The hotel is conveniently located in the town area, which is perfect if you're looking to explore Badulla itself. While it's not surrounded by nature or greenery, the mountain view

We had a wonderful stay at the Crown Regency hotel. A perfect location in Badulla with beautiful views from our room. Everything was perfect from start to finish, a comfortable room, friendly staff, welcome drink on arrival, lovely evening meal in the rooftop restaurant and a good breakfast in the morning. Special thanks to Travis and Vinishya, who went above and beyond to make our stay so special.

Great experience and service from check-in to check-out. Clean rooms and a beautiful hill view from the hotel. As for dinner and breakfast, we were served a king's portion and the meals were sumptuous.
