The fine print
All reservations include free of charge all running water consumption, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by gasoil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.This house does not have air conditioning, although fans can be made available to the client as needed. It does not have heating either.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We went in April 2022 and took our 18 month on his first holiday, total 4 adults and 1 baby As with most places there are some real positives and negatives , some so what I have to write is honest and my opinion but please bare in mind we really enjoyed our stay and would return as we had a lovely time . When we arrived we had a welcome pack on the counter with milk biccys water etc… aswell as 10 cans of beer in the fridge ( winner in my Book ) The Company who dealt with us were very accommodating and helpful , they answered any questions we had quickly especially for taxi’s as-well as letting us in to the property earlier if we needed . They also Supplied us with a travel Cot and high chair at no extra cost Location was great nice and rural which we like we didn’t have a car but a taxi was easy to get quickly through WhatsApp which the company gave us ,getting the bus to the beach and Parma was super easy and cheap ( £7 for 5 of us for a return as we used the same card you get a group discount after 3 people , as you pay for the hour travel ) local shop restaurants and bars were very handy to use and quickly to get to and had all we needed Washing machine was great however no washing line pr place To hang outside ? But was easy to put over Sun loungers Main living level was great space for all of us and for the little one to wonder. Bedrooms upstairs spacious however not as the pictures showed but still good and bright main balcony great however we didn’t use it but was a nice view !! Downstairs apartment we didn’t really use except the bath ( for the baby ) however again spacious we could have easily got another 4 people in with us .
