The staff were excellent. Prior to travelling i had injured my leg. I advised the hotel i would need assistance and was advised they would be there to help. On arrival we were greeted by two members of staff who unloaded the car and took our luggage to the room. They then packed the car for us. Because the car park was busy they were unable to park the car near the lift so they later reparked the car before returning the keys to us. We had also had a problem with the car roof by the sunroof. They had one of the service staff carry out a temporary repair to enable us to continue our journey.

Great facilities, excellent restaurant and breakfast. The room was huge, very comfortable and peaceful. I also used the gym which had everything I needed. Was ideal for a one-night stopover on a train journey from London to Lisbon.

Very well appointed modern hotel, convenient for the railway station and overlooking the river that flows through Badajoz. Very helpful staff, upgraded us to a junior suite which was fabulous. Breakfast was very good, and we also used the Hotel's restaurant for a late lunch which was in a lovely room with panoramic views of the river and town. The meal was very well prepared and again staff were very helpful.
