This is possibly the best accomodation I have ever booked via Booking.com. Frau Fischer is a wonderful host, who made sure arrival was very easy. The studio is beautiful, very modern and charming, and is FULLY equipped - even with coffee, a coffee machine and a small Bialetti for a quick espresso. The location cannot be better - 3 minutes to arrive in the heart of the old town, over the bridge crossing the Isar, lovely views.

As a seasoned traveler, I can say that this accommodation was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Very well equiped (for example, with such details as three or four various types of towels or induction cooktop with down air system); perfectly clean; enough big for two; excellent location; culture of trust (the owners simply left the keys in the mailbox, visible from the sidewalk); parking card (!) for the parking house in the distance of 300m; guest card etc. And naturally, Bad Tolz itself is gorgeous (beautiful waterfront, bike paths, easy access to Munich...).
