Very friendly receptionist. I had the pleasure of being greeted in French (my mother tongue) by Andrea. Andrea very kindly organised a booking for dinner for the 7 of us at the only Kneipe open in Pretzsch that night. The location is superb : very rural in the middle of a park. They have facilities to store bicycles

Nice hotel in town with not much to offer in way of restaurants! Went to local bar/pub as hotel only offered breakfast.

The beeakfast and restaurant were lovely! A great way to end our stay there. The park across the street was beautiful, allthough we didn’t get a park view. The staff was lovely and helpful. And it was clean.
