The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz is a first-class spa hotel situated just an hour’s drive from Zurich, amidst the foothills of the Alps in Eastern Switzerland. It is surrounded by a spectacular mountain landscape with picturesque hiking trails and stunning ski resorts. The 5-star luxury resort offers its own thermal spring and a medical health centre.
Room and suites at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz offer elegance, design and comfort. There are 7 restaurants with a combined total of 76 GaultMillau points and 6 Michelin star, as well as a sushi takeaway, a bistro and a café, providing exquisite culinary delights. In addition, the resort also boasts 2 golf courses, a meetings and events centre, the public Tamina Therme thermal spa and its own casino.
The thermal spa features the historic Helena pool, a sports pool, a garden pool, a family spa and the sauna area and 36.5°C thermal water from the nearby Tamina gorge. This comprehensive spa offer is complemented by the medical expertise of the renowned medical health centre and the Bad Ragaz Clinic, which specialises in the treatment of convalescent patients.

Large rooms between 55 m² and 70 m² in size with traditional furniture, a large bed and a marble bathroom with 2 washbasins. All have a balcony, some offering panoramic views.

Large and modern suite with high ceilings, a walk-in wardrobe and a separate living room, walnut wood flooring, a spacious bathroom featuring a free-standing spa bath with thermal water, a sauna and a steam shower. The balcony offers panoramic views of the Alps and the park. They are located on the 7th and 8th floors and some units have connecting doors to other Spa Suites.

All have a balcony offering panoramic views of the Alps and the park. They are located on the 5th and 6th floors and can be connected to a junior suite. Please note that extra beds and baby cots are not available in this room type.

Spacious corner suite with a canopy bed, a dining table, a seating area and a corner balcony. It offers panoramic views of the Alps and the park. Some are connected to a Junior Suite.

Deluxe Spa Loft - enter dates to see room photos

80-m² loft suite with high ceilings, a luxurious bathroom and a separate living area equipped with a B&O flat-screen TV, walnut wood parquet flooring and a leather sofa. You can make free use of the non-alcoholic beverages in the private bar, help yourself to some aromatic coffee from the Nespresso machine. Telephone and a laser printer are provided as well.

The air-conditioned suite has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bath. This wheelchair accessible suite features a minibar, a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a roll-in shower. The unit has 1 bed.
