Restaurant Manager Guudryn was fantastic. Really welcoming and ran a great show in the restaurant. The buffet evening meals were great value, providing a wide choice and were very satisfying. Breakfast choice also very good. Setting was beautiful with panoramic views on tap. A very well run hotel, very organised, clean and welcoming. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I have been the 1st time was value for money and could not fault it , that's why it upsets me to Wright this. The 2nd time i was a bit upset I got charged for my daughter twice and my dog and a bed in room as I all ready paid through booking.com and hade to pay City tax which I never paid last time. So I hade to pay about €50 more. And the service at dinner was shocking as my partner had to wait 15min before someone came to take order and when thay took the order she was told they are a bit busy so they might not do it which was chips and sausage, asked for ketchup and was told here is none.
