I stayed here for one night after completing the R1 cycle from Gersfeld to Bad Karlshafen and it was the first time I had stayed in this area. The property is owned by a lovely Herman couple who made me very welcome despite my lack of German language skills. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The property was a short walk to the thermal bathing complex which I visited - and also a short walk into the village centre for restaurants. The property was great value for money with a traditional German buffet breakfast included in the price. The property also had outside seating areas to relax with a drink. A covered area was available to store my bike.

Very friendly owner, accommodating as she stored our bags for a week whilst we went on a cycling tour. Lovely garden outlook with a terrace. Quiet, away from the road traffic. Undercover bicycle parking.
