Hotel location is very good, close to the center. Big parking place is also a plus. Hotel rooms are not in the old building, but new building is connected to the old one.

The breakfast was very extended and of superb quality. The room was spacious and very pleasant. The location was perfect to do hikes on the hills surrounding Bad Ischl (you do need a car if you want to go to the lakes), and the sauna / swimming pool afterwards was a pleasant extra.
