We have stayed for only one night in the downstairs apartment and have no complaints whatsoever. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, garden and outside area was a great bonus for our children. It was really peaceful and the view was breathtaking, we would not hesitate to come back.

It was great for us. We stayed on top floor apartment, yes, there is an issue with height restriction in some areas, but after couple bumps you learn your way. Facilitues not very modern, but functional and comfortable. Also they have trampolin for kids. And horses coming to say hi - lovely! There is bbq and outdoor table for dinning al fresco - fantastic! You can walk to Bad Gastein, there is a circular trail - fabulous! The neighbour towards Bad Gastein runs distillery. You can try some unique local drinks there - very authentic! The road is also brand new asphalt, so to update on previous comments.

Its nice quite place with a great mountain view. You need a car. There were no soup/shower gel in a apartment, but we asked for and the owner kindly provided. When we arrived it was a bit cold in apartment as radiators were turned off and also some issue with heating system. We informed the owner and he provided us we electric heaters and during the next day heating system was repaired. Overall we recommend and would come again.
