The apartment is cozy and well-equipped, featuring a kitchen with all the essential tools needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly, and the reception is exceptionally welcoming. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. The location offers easy parking and is conveniently close to shops, the train station, and the city center. Good to know: The apartment is located near the main road, so there is some noise outside the balcony of the apartment we stayed in (other balconies face the other way). However, the apartment remains peaceful when the windows are closed.

The Sydler family is great, nice, helpful and caring. Breakfast is always delicious, near Hallstatt and other towns, nearby the train station, beautiful town, second time my wife and I visit Bad Goisern, came back for the experience and of course, both times we stayed at Sydler Pension.

Very kind, family business, everybody is helpful. The house is cozy, clean, well equipped. The breakfast is good too. They were totally comfortable and okay with my middle sized dog.

Although I went early, I was able to check in early, the owners were very helpful and warm. It has a very nice breakfast. It is 8 minutes walk to the train station, so I had no difficulty in transportation. Especially for those who want to visit Hallstatt, there is a bus every hour, the bus stop is also 8-10 minutes away on foot. If I come again, I would stay here again, the price is definitely very reasonable, thank you for everything.

The rooms are more or less like a business apartment where you'll get all the kitchen utensils, towels, blankets etc and the host was very welcoming humble old lady. You'll get a simple, good breakfast for 10euro OR you can cook your own food by buying the groceriesin nearbysupermarket. NOTE: If you need to request for early or late login, please contact the place directly. Don't request via booking.com

The owners are friendly and welcoming. Contact before check in was smooth and helpful. The train was late and we didn't arrive at the station until almost nine o'clock. The owner of the house came to pick us up. Although the station is very close and within walking distance, they also help transport luggage to the station. I will stay here again next time I come.

it was like staying with a family, there was always someone who could answer our needs. we asked to extend our stay several times, their response was always positive and welcome. and they had tried to do their best to make it possible. the rooms were clean and equipped with whatever we needed (if something was missing, you could always get that from the owners) it was great to be there.
