Location, facilities, excellent and friendly staff, afternoon tea in the chillout zone with refreshments. Ski room, parking, wifi. Pleasant family atmosphere. Restaurant directly in the hotel

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The breakfast is amazing, the staff is incredibly attentive, the room is big, cozy and super comfortable, and the location is perfect. Absolutely no flaws – highly recommend!

The owner and employees are very kind and helpful. It was off-season and they upgraded our room, which was a really nice surprise. The foyer had very comfortable seats beside a fireplace and there are free snacks, cake and coffee every afternoon.
